Consulting hours

The surgery is open:     Monday – Friday          9.00 am – 6.00 pm
                                                     Saturday                       9.00 am – 12.00 noon

Consultations are by appointment, and we always encourage clients to see the same veterinary surgeon wherever possible as this enables us to provide continuity of care.

Out-of-hours treatment:

Evenings                                   Monday –Friday           7.00 pm - 8.30 am
Weekends                                Saturday 12.00 noon to Monday 8.30 am

(Under a Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons directive, all veterinary practices offer 24 hour cover for their clients. We feel that the best service we can offer our clients and their animals is through a specially run service which covers nights and weekends. This means that at all times of the day or night the staff looking after your pets are alert and fresh and not over-tired from working all day and half the night. All our out-of-hours work is arranged through Vetcall, which is based at Beech House Veterinary Centre, 64 West End Road, Bitterne, Southampton, SO18 6TG - the location of West End Road is shown here).
