Our COVID-19 update

Hello to all you lovely clients.

Just an update on how we plan to continue working in the next stage of the country opening up. As you all appreciate we are working in a very small building with our mixed aged team. Not everyone is double vaccinated yet and won’t be until September. With this in mind – our team is our most precious tool and we need to protect them to allow us to stay open.

We would therefore kindly ask that you continue to wear a mask to enter the building. We will still only allow entry to the waiting room and this will be restricted by numbers.

Due to unprecedented demand and the shortage of staff we would kindly ask that you book any routine appointments well in advance (Vaccinations and health checks need to be booked a month in advance), and any medication requests including flea and worming treatments need to be made at least 3 days ahead.

Sadly we are unable to offer Animal Health certificates for travel abroad at this time.
